East Coast Tropicals is a premier plant distribution company providing a wide variety of high-quality plants from both central and southern Florida. With over 4,000 plants available each week, we serve Garden Centers, Wholesale florists, and Plant Retailers. We ensure that our customers receive fresh, well-maintained plants with seamless delivery and no additional hidden costs. We are committed to providing exceptional service and simplifying the plant purchasing process.

 

Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our plants. Our Plant Guarantee ensures that if any plants are damaged upon arrival, we will provide a hassle-free credit once you send us a photo of the damaged goods. This policy is in place to give you peace of mind when ordering from East Coast Tropicals.

 

Ordering Process

  1. Availability: We offer one of the largest weekly availabilities in the industry, with items either in stock or being sourced. Our online portal shows real-time availability, giving you full transparency about your orders.

  2. Free Delivery Minimum Order Requirements:(See Map)

    • Zone 1: $1,500 minimum order
    • Zone 2: $2,500 minimum order

  3. Order Timing: Orders can be placed between Thursday and Monday by 3 PM, with sales order confirmations sent on Tuesday. You can add additional in-stock items until 5 PM.

  4. First In, First Out Inventory: We allocate inventory on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis. Due to limited availabilites on certain plants, orders must be submitted to allocate this inventory. Multiple orders can be submitted and will be combined on Monday's.
  5. Weekly Specials: We offer exclusive weekly specials, such as $1 deals, to provide additional value for you.

 

    Delivery and Invoicing

  • Delivery Schedule: We typically deliver plants from Sunday through Wednesday depending on location and routing.

  • Simplified Invoicing: All submitted orders are consolidated into one invoice, with no additional fees for shipping, boxes, sleeves, or pickups other than a $15 drop fee. This gives you transparent landed pricing—meaning there are no hidden charges.
